1. Introduction
This Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed on the Green Certification Plaques website operated by Pinnacle.
It explains when refunds, returns, or cancellations may be considered and outlines the conditions applicable to certification plaques.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Custom-Manufactured Products
Certification plaques are manufactured specifically for each certified project and are not standard retail products.
Each plaque is produced only after:
- Certification verification
- Order confirmation via email
As a result, plaques are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order has been confirmed via email following certification verification.
Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmation has been issued.
3. Order Verification and Confirmation
All orders are subject to verification of certification details against official certification records.
Orders are considered confirmed only after verification is completed and a confirmation email is issued by Pinnacle.
Production begins immediately after confirmation.
4. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before certification verification and email confirmation.
Once confirmation has been issued, cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances.
5. Returns
Returns are not accepted for certification plaques, as they are custom-manufactured for each project and produced according to certification standards.
Each plaque is produced only after:
- Change of mind
- Project delays
- Internal client decisions
- Any other non-manufacturing-related reasons
6. Refunds
Refunds are not issued once an order has been confirmed via email following certification verification.
If an order is cancelled prior to confirmation, any payment received will be refunded through the original payment method, subject to processing timelines.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
All plaques are packed using export-grade packaging to minimise the risk of damage during transit.
Customers are required to inspect shipments upon delivery.
Each plaque is produced only after:
- The issue must be reported to the courier at the time of delivery
- Pinnacle must be notified within 48 hours of delivery
- Photographic evidence of the damage must be provided
Pinnacle will assess the claim and, where applicable, assist with replacement or claim processing through the courier or shipping insurer.
Pinnacle’s liability is limited to the extent covered by shipping insurance, if any.
8. Errors in Plaque Content
If a plaque contains an error that is attributable to Pinnacle’s manufacturing process:
- The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- Photographic evidence must be provided
Pinnacle will assess the issue and, where applicable, arrange for correction or replacement.
No refunds will be issued for plaques with errors arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.
9. Force Majeure
Pinnacle shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Pandemics
- Government actions
- Supply chain disruptions
- Courier delays
