Production commences only after verification and order confirmation.

Any production timelines communicated are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delays caused by factors beyond Pinnacle’s reasonable control do not constitute a breach of this policy.
4. Shipping Destinations
Pinnacle ships certification plaques:
- Within India
- Internationally to selected destinations, including South East Asia and the Middle East
For international destinations not listed on the website, customers may contact Pinnacle for shipping availability.

- It must be reported to the courier at the time of delivery
- Pinnacle must be notified within 48 hours of delivery
Pinnacle is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling after delivery.

- Pinnacle will assist in initiating a claim with the courier or insurer, where applicable
