Pinnacle reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion.
5. Product Specifications and Customisation
Certification plaques are manufactured in accordance with established certification standards.
Customisation is limited strictly to approved certification details such as certification level, year, and project name.
No other customisation or alteration is permitted.
Minor variations in colour, finish, or appearance may occur due to material characteristics and manufacturing processes.
6. Pricing and Taxes
Prices displayed on the website include standard manufacturing and packaging costs.
Prices may include standard shipping charges as indicated at checkout.
Prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, or any other government charges applicable in the destination country unless expressly stated.
All such charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities or courier services.
Pinnacle is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by customs or government agencies.
7. Payment
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.
Pinnacle does not store payment card details.
Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully completed.

Production of plaques begins only after certification verification and order confirmation.
Production timelines are indicative and may vary depending on order volume, manufacturing conditions, and verification timelines.
Delays caused by factors beyond Pinnacle’s control do not constitute a breach of these Terms.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Pinnacle ships plaques domestically within India and internationally to selected destinations.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
International shipments are subject to customs clearance processes in the destination country.
Pinnacle is not responsible for delays caused by customs, government authorities, courier services, or force majeure events.
Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon dispatch of the order to the shipping carrier.
10. Customs, Duties, and Import Charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees unless expressly stated.
The customer is solely responsible for paying all applicable customs duties and import charges.
Pinnacle is not liable for delays, confiscations, or additional costs arising from customs clearance processes.
11. Damage in Transit
All plaques are packed using export-grade packaging.
Customers are required to inspect shipments upon delivery.
Any visible damage must be reported to the courier and to Pinnacle within 24 hours of delivery.
Pinnacle’s liability for damage in transit is limited to the extent covered by the shipping insurance, if applicable.
Pinnacle is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling by the shipper in transit or after delivery.
12. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Certification plaques are manufactured specifically for each project and are not standard retail products.As a result, plaques are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order has been confirmed via email following certification verification.
Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmation has been issued.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, designs, and trademarks, is the property of Pinnacle or its licensors.
No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
14. Limitation of Liability
Pinnacle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of plaques.
